By downloading, installing, or using Expedite software ("Expedite"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using Expedite.

Expedite respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Expedite, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4. Refunds
Expedite offers refunds only in the following circumstances:
- If Expedite Products directly cause damage to your Windows computer and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- If a refund is requested within 12 hours from the date of purchase.
5. Payment Processors

6. Intellectual Property
Expedite and all its content, including but not limited to software, logos, graphics, and documentation, are the property of Expedite and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Expedite's content without our written permission.

Expedite offers support to address issues and provide assistance with software-related problems. We are not responsible for problems arising from user error, hardware failures, or other external factors.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Expedite is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Expedite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of Expedite.
12. Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
13. Changes to TOS
Expedite reserves the right to modify or revise these TOS at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically, and your continued use of Expedite after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified TOS.
